Just to clarify, we were booked a single bed room instead of the double bed room that we reserved. Unfortunately, this was during an ERAS Taylor Swift concert and they didn't have any other open rooms to transfer us to. Fortunately, although there are 5 of us, our 3 kids are relatively small and we were able to manage by using the sofa bed without being too uncomfortable. The front desk staff gave us the room for free due to the error, and given the price of hotels that night due to the concert, that lessened the heartache a lot. Otherwise, everything like the amenities and staff are great, so we were still overall happy with our stay because the staff made the effort to correct the issue without much hassle.

The rep Mike was very nice and professional. I was able to do a late check in sure to having to head straight to my daughter's graduation after landing in Seattle. Check in was easy and fast. Our room was exactly what I expected and fit my family of 5 comfortably. Breakfast was good although I wish there were pancakes/waffles. We stayed here before and they had the machine for waffles. The rest of the food choices were good. I settled on grits and bacon.

Breakfast was great! It exceeded my expectations. I thought hot breakfast would just be the waffles, but they also had oatmeal and eggs and fried potatoes. There may also have been meat. I don't remember because I don't eat meat. Plus all the normal things you'd expect. The room was comfy and clean. The pool was really nice. There's a nice walking path that leads to Fort Dent Park which was a really nice place to walk.

The professional office space has a cozy executive feeling that reinvigorates fatigued minds. Staff are extremely polite and helpful. They treat you as if you're an extension of their family. Everyone is so courteous and pleasant. Amazing breakfast with a little variety daily. Efficient services in all depts.

The local one is close to the airport. Nice area. The room was clean and big. The kitchen has stuff for cooking but I am not very sure if it was cleaned. There is a big fridge and good wifi. They didn't clean the room while we were there for two nights. I have no idea why. Nobody said anything about it and we didn't like it. Breakfast was ok.
